Returns and Exchanges
We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we print each item to order. Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around, or speak to our friendly team who are always happy to offer advice on sizing.
We do not accept returns but we will happily offer one-time size exchanges within 30 days to make sure you get the perfect fit.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. If it's not in a condition that the next customer would be delighted to receive (eg. creased, pet hairs, deodorant marks) we will not be able to exchange or refund. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To complete your return, please let us know via email, and then post your item(s) back to: VO Returns, PO Box 670, Blackburn, BB29QD.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning the first item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your new item out to you.
Once your returned item has been received and processed by the VO team, we will process your new order within 3 business days. If you'd like to check the status of your new order at any time, feel free to reach out to the team at email@example.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s)
