Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

We are an eco-friendly company, and as part of our zero-waste policy we prep each item to order. Please check our sizing guides carefully in order to get the right size first time around, or speak to our friendly team who are always happy to offer advice on sizing or anything else you might need help with.

We happily accept size exchanges within 30 days of receipt to help you get the perfect fit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. If it's not in a condition that the next customer would be delighted to receive it (e.g., covered in pet hairs, stained, with make-up or deodorant marks, etc) we will not be able to accept it back in.

To complete your return, please email us on hi@veganoutfitters.com, and the team will get back to you with returns instructions shortly. Please, note that failing to include a note with your full name and order number inside your returns package might result in delays, and may even mean your package is never identified at all. 

We do not cover the postage cost of returning your item back to us, but we will cover the postage costs of sending your replacements out to you. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item(s), so do consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
