Service was excellent. Quality is excellent. Ordered two tshirts and the unisex joggers. The fit of the joggers however wasn’t the most flattering but the material was great. But overall happy :)

Great Customer Service
As these are Christmas presents I cannot comment on quality or fit but cannot praise customer service enough. I placed an order and immediately realised I’d ordered the wrong size Used your ‘chat’ service - Elena helped me. She quickly altered my order and checked the other item. Guess what, I’d got that wrong too ! She then corrected that one. I received a new email with the updated order. I also received an email with our ‘conversation’. How fantastic is that!! Well done Elena and everyone else
Love their stuff
Fit is unisex for shirts so it’s just a normal fit. I get the slim joggers as a female and they’re a super cute cut/fit. The printed stuff is a lil chemically smelling so I wash them before I wear- but that’s nothing on VO. It’s probably good idea to wash anything you ever get from a store to wash off the chemicals from the factory. LOVE VO stuff and will get getting my comfy clothes from them until they c lose their “doors”. :)
