When do I receive my commissions?
Commission payments are made once a month, at the end of the month (typically on the 28th). You simply need to connect your PayPal account.
What do I do if a customer needs support?

What should I do if I haven't received my commissions?
If you have not received your monthly commissions payout, just email our customer service team at hi@veganoutfitters.com
Do I need a PayPal account?
Yes, you will need to create a PayPal account in order to receive your commission payout. It's easy and free btw.
Can ambassadors use Google Ads or PPC?
No. Ambassadors promoting our brand on Google ads can increase our costs and hurt the brand. There are absolutely no Google ads or PPC allowed. If you are using either one you will be banned immediately.
Does the customer need to use my link in order for me to receive a commission?
Yes. Your specific ambassador link must be used in order for you to get credit and receive commission for the order.
